The new Post-App – consolidating digital services
The new Post-App has been available for download since November. Whether it’s managing consignments, using artificial intelligence to determine letter size or tracking a Postbus live – the app combines all of Swiss Post’s digital services in one place. This gives customers more time in their everyday lives to focus on what really counts.
Many small organizational tasks are part of everyday life: a parcel is due to be delivered when you’re not at home. You have an important appointment, and the exact departure time of the Postbus is crucial. Or you need a better overview of your letters, bills and contracts. The new Post-App offers the ideal solution. It combines Swiss Post’s key services in one place, helping customers to plan all these tasks in advance and to complete them easily, quickly and from anywhere. As such, the app helps with organization, saves time and makes everyday life easier.
The Post-App is transforming into a digital platform that enables customers to carry out their postal transactions flexibly and in their own way.
Designed and optimized in collaboration
The new Post-App was developed in collaboration with the community. In February 2025, Swiss Post launched a test version of the Post-App preview and invited the community to try out the app and submit feedback. The development team received around 50,000 responses, suggestions and comments and used them to optimize the app. At the “Best of Swiss App Awards 2025”, the Post-App preview won gold for its user experience, design and technology. The new Post-App has been available since November and has undergone a major technical and design overhaul.
Constantly improving
Even after the official launch, Swiss Post is continuing to develop the app in line with customers’ needs. Additional services and functions that have been tested first by the community will be phased in during 2026. Customers can expect substantial enhancements that will complement and expand the app’s capabilities in a meaningful way.
