    Access points

    Access points are places where customers can obtain postal services. Swiss Post wants a network that meets everyone’s requirements. It is therefore developing new access points and expanding its services more flexibly. In an interview, the Head of Post Offices & Sales explains the planned restructuring and expansion of the postal network. In the municipality of Aegerten in the Seeland region, a grocery has doubled as a postal agency for years – and everyone is happy with it.
